All of the Negative comments about UAC are true. This is the worst company I ever dealt w/ in my entire life and I'm 36 and be out on my w/ bills in my name since I was 19.

Their company MOTTO SHOULD BE this as follow: CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG.

No matter what the Customer says, they are wrong...we as UAC employees must stick together say whatever we have to say to a customer, lie, push their files off to each other that way a we can tell a customer one thing and then when a customer speaks to another rep we can say something different...including the management...because this is exactly how UAC treat their customers. They are the WORST!!!

Oh poor baby! Guess what?

When YOU pay YOUR bills on time, YOU never hear from them. You can cry and whine all you want, but that's true! YOU signed a contract in which YOU promised to make on time payments.

When YOU do that, there's never, ever any reason for them to be calling you or you needing to have so much contact with them. No, I don't work for them!
