United Auto Credit - Customer Care Review from South Royalton, Vermont

United Auto Credit's customer service reps are extremely rude, especially the supervisors. I had an issue with their online payment service. They ended up taking 2 payments, even though I had called the Monday prior to my payment being due. I had to go to my bank to get my money back. Now UAC is charging me $15 for having that 2nd payment reversed. I spoke with supervisor Fred and he was very rude, refusing to reverse the charge. Stay away from this company!
