Purchased my car in January of 2017. My payment date was set up for the 13th of each month.

I explained to them that with me being on disability that I needed my payments to fall on the 3rd. I was told that after i made the first payment that the due date would be moved to the 3rd of the month. After the first payment was made they told me that they would not switch my payment date. United Auto Credit starts calling and texting me on the 14th and call until the 4th until the payment posts.

They have called me up to 4 and 5 times a day. The late fees keep getting higher and higher.

I suggested to them that i could make my regular payment and pay an additional $100 a month towards my late fees, I was told that they do not accept partial payment. I have never had a car repoed or surrendered a vehicle in my life but I'm getting very close to telling them to stick this car up their *** and telling them to caime and get it.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

They are a subprime lender with which you were placed because no bank wanted to deal with you. This tells the world this is NOT the first time you haven't paid your bills on time.
